Live cohort Nov 2-6, 2026 · $27 or VIP $97

For agency founders and freelance AI implementers who already do client work

Five live builds on your own client work. Two hours a day. One work week.

By Friday you can prompt any AI tool properly, audit a business, write the proposal, write the SOP that delivers it, and run all four as one workflow. Live, on your own business, then shown again in one command.

Five blue-outlined session cards in a row, the first lit, above a terminal prompt bar with a check mark

The video for this cohort is being recorded. The written version below says everything the video will.

Enrollment closes when Day 1 starts: Monday, November 2 at 1:00 PM Eastern.

  • 2 hours × 5 days
  • Hour 1 context
  • Hour 2 build
  • Built on your own client

The written version

You know this week

A buyer asked how you do the AI work. You showed them a chat log.

It is Thursday. The client work still arrived. The course is still in a tab. The tool you paid for got opened once.

You already use the models. That was never the problem. When someone asks you to show the method, you have a thread and a feeling.

I ran Girard Media that way longer than I want to admit. The work was real. The proof was a scrollback.

That is not a method. That is a Tuesday you got lucky.

Count it

The chat log has a price, and you are already paying it.

Every proposal starts from a blank page. Every scope gets rebuilt from memory. Every price gets defended with hours, because hours are the only unit you have on paper.

Call it three hours a week rebuilding what you solved last month. Over a working year that is about eighteen working days spent on work you already did once.

And the clients who ask how you do this are deciding, right then, whether you are the AI person or the person who uses AI. That question does not get less frequent.

Why the last thing did not stick

Nothing you tried failed because of the tool. It failed because there was no order.

A prompt that gives the model enough to work with. An audit before a proposal. A proposal before the work. An SOP before anyone else touches it. Then one workflow that runs all four.

That order is the whole method. Skip a step and the work still ships. It just cannot be shown, repeated, or priced.

Courses teach the tools. Templates hand you the blanks. Neither one makes you do the steps in order, on a real client, in a room, with a clock running. That is what a live week is for.

Prompt. Audit. Proposal. Delivery. Workflow.

Friday, 3:05 PM Eastern

Five things on your desk that did not exist on Monday.

A Business Brief the model wrote and you corrected. An audit with the three places AI saves the most money, ranked. A one-page proposal you could send today. An SOP where AI does the repeatable part and a person checks it. One workflow that runs all four on your next lead.

The next time a buyer asks how you do the AI work, you slide the audit across the table. Then the proposal. And you know that what took you an hour by hand runs in one Agency Script OS command, because you watched it happen every day.

So I built it as a work week

Two hours a day. Hour one is context. Hour two is the build.

Monday to Friday at 1:00 PM Eastern. You pick one real client before Monday. Each day you sit for two hours and leave with a finished artifact, posted in the cohort channel before you log off.

Day 2 uses Day 1. Day 3 uses Day 2. Every day ends with the same job shown again as one Agency Script OS command, on the same input, so you can judge it for yourself.

The prompts run in any paid AI tool. You do it by hand first so you can judge the one-command version. Days 1 to 4 pitch nothing. Friday, in the last fifteen minutes, you hear one offer, once.

The week

Five days. Two hours. Five prompts. Built on your own business.

Every day is the same shape on purpose. Hour 1 is context. Hour 2 is the build, by hand, with that day's prompt. Then you watch the same job done again in one command.

By the end of the Challenge you will be able to

  1. 1Prompt any AI tool so it gives you work you can use, not a confident guess.
  2. 2Audit any business and find the three places AI would save the most money.
  3. 3Write a one-page proposal a buyer can say yes to, price and human check included.
  4. 4Turn how you deliver the work into an SOP where AI does the repeatable part and a person checks it.
  5. 5Run all of it as one workflow on your next lead, in one sitting.
  1. Four stacked blue-outlined blocks joined by one bracket, the second lit: role and job, material, output, rules
    Day 1

    Day 1 · Prompting

Your Business Brief, written by Prompt 1 on your own business and corrected by you. Then watch Agency Script OS brief any company in one command.

How LLMs actually work, what memory and tools really do, the four-part prompt, and where the model lies so you catch it before a client does.

  2. A blue-outlined audit table with the money column lit and three rows marked with rank badges
    Day 2

    Day 2 · Audit

A one-page AI audit: the three places AI would save the most money, ranked, and the one to fix first. Then the same audit as a branded report in one command.

Prompt 2 points your Brief at one real process or one real week. No evidence, no line. Every number shows its arithmetic.

  3. A blue-outlined one-page proposal with seven blocks, a human check badge on the third, and a signature line
    Day 3

    Day 3 · Proposals

A one-page proposal a buyer can say yes to, with the price and the human check in it. Then a full proposal in one command.

Their situation in their words, one outcome, what AI does and what a person checks, the first 14 days, the price. No income promises.

  4. A blue-outlined flow of numbered steps with one lit AI step, then a check gate with a person beside it
    Day 4

    Day 4 · Delivery

The SOP that delivers what you proposed, with the AI step written out and a check before anything reaches the client. Then a full SOP kit in one command.

A new hire runs it without you. AI does the repeatable part. A person answers five yes-or-no questions before anything ships.

  5. Four blue-outlined steps chained by arrows with a stop between each, the last lit, and a loop back to the start
    Day 5

    Day 5 · Workflow

All four prompts chained into one workflow and run live on a business nobody has seen. Then Agency Script OS builds that workflow in one command, and you hear one offer.

Brief, audit, proposal, SOP, in order, with a stop for you after each. That is building with AI: a method you run on the next lead Monday.

What you get

The Challenge seat is a work week, not a login.

  • Five live days, two hours each

Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM Eastern. Hour 1 is the context presentation. Hour 2 is the build on your work.

  • The Challenge eBook

All five days in one book, with every daily prompt ready to paste. Yours to keep and rerun on the next client.

  • The daily worksheets

Same shape every day: outcome, one teach, the template, then the ship bar. You are never guessing what "done" looks like.

  • Five artifacts on your own work

The five prompts, one a day, each one built on the last: the Brief, the Audit, the Proposal, the SOP, the Workflow. Your business, not sample files.

  • Personal session page

Join button, calendar links for all five sessions, and the worksheet path. The page stays the door even if the meeting link changes.

  • Cohort channel

The room where you post the artifact. Access runs through the challenge plus 30 days.

  • The reminder spine

Access email on purchase. T-3 invite. T-1 reminder. The daily build email. You do not have to remember the door.

The price

Twenty-seven dollars. The whole week.

There is no stack of invented bonus values on this page. The seat includes the Challenge eBook, with all five days and every daily prompt, and the daily worksheets. The seat is $27 because the week is the front door to the rest of what we do, and I would rather you pay for a work week and judge the system afterwards than pay for a system before you have seen the method.

VIP is $97. Same week, plus the daily Q&A hour after the build, the cliff notes, and lifetime recordings of your cohort's sessions. If you cannot make every live hour, VIP is the seat that still leaves you with the work.

The week is all or nothing. There is no free day.

Challenge vs VIP

Same week. Same artifacts. VIP stays in the room.

Challenge is the work week. VIP is the work week plus the extra hour, the notes you can rerun, and the recordings. There is no free day. Pick the seat you will actually use.

    VIP Q&A session, every day

After the build hour. Your artifact, your client, your stuck point. Not a recap of the lecture.

  • VIP

    VIP cliff notes

The teach on one page so you can rerun the method on the next client without rewatching the week.

  • VIP

    Lifetime recordings

Your cohort's sessions, posted on your session page after each one airs. Miss a live hour, still own the work.

  • VIP

The slides, the pack, the templates

Every day's presentation as PDF and PPTX. A ten-prompt Bonus Pack, two a day, each one built to feed one of the five. The templates for every artifact. A Day 5 skill starter. Not a second course. Accelerators for the five artifacts.

Before you decide

The four reasons people close this tab

“I already use ChatGPT every day. What is a live week going to teach me?”

How to use it on real client work, in order, with a check you trust.

Day 1 is how the models actually work and why your prompts get confident guesses back. Then four days turning that into an audit, a proposal, an SOP, and a workflow on your own business. If you already produce those with AI every week, you do not need this. Most people who use it every day have never produced one of them.

“$27 is cheap enough to be suspicious. Where is the catch?”

The catch is that it is live, and the Challenge seat has no replay.

The price is low because the week is the front door to the system we sell after Friday, and Day 5 says so out loud. You hear that offer once, in the last fifteen minutes of the week. Days 1 to 4 pitch nothing. You can leave Friday with five artifacts and never buy another thing from me.

“I cannot be online at 1:00 PM Eastern every day.”

Then take the VIP seat, or skip this cohort.

Each day builds on the day before, and the Challenge seat does not include recordings. VIP posts every session to your page after it airs. I am not going to tell you the Challenge seat works if you miss two days. It does not.

“I will sign up and not finish. I have done that before.”

So has everyone in the room.

That is why the build happens inside the session, not as homework, and why you post the artifact in the channel before you log off. Two hours with the worksheet open and a room full of people shipping is a different thing from a course in a tab. It is the only cure for it I have found.

After checkout

Here is what arrives when you join.

Your access email includes a personal session page, calendar links for all five live days, the daily worksheet path, and your cohort channel.

The system sends the T-3 invite, the T-1 reminder, and each day's build email. The session page remains the canonical door even if the meeting link changes.

VIP adds the daily Q&A hour after the build, cliff notes, and recordings on that same session page as they post. That is the delivery framework behind the seat.

This is for you if

  • + Agency founders and freelance AI implementers already doing client work.
  • + Operators who will protect two hours a day and be live at 1:00 PM Eastern.
  • + People who want to build with AI and leave with a proposal and an SOP they can use Monday, not another tab of lessons.

This is not for you if

  • − Anyone who wants a course to watch later without shipping the artifact.
  • − Anyone looking for income promises or a credential. Access is not authority.
  • − Teams that cannot attend live and do not want the VIP recording archive.

Questions operators actually ask

What is the Build with AI Challenge?

Five live builds on your own client work. Two hours a day. One work week. Live cohort, 1:00 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday. Two hours a day. Entry is $27. The week is all or nothing. There is no free day.

How is the day structured?

Hour 1 is context: the presentation and the rule. Hour 2 is the build: your client, the worksheet, the artifact. VIP stays for a third hour of Q&A on that day's work.

What is VIP?

VIP is $97. It is the Challenge seat plus a daily extra 1-hour Q&A after the build, per-day cliff notes, lifetime recordings of your cohort's sessions, and bonus drops. The matrix on this page is the full list.

What do I walk away with?

Five finished artifacts on your own client work, the worksheets, calendar links, and a cohort channel for the challenge plus 30 days. Most courses end in notes. This week ends in work.

What if I miss a day?

Each day uses the artifact from the day before, so live is the product. You still have that day's worksheet and the cohort channel. VIP adds lifetime recordings of your cohort's sessions after each one airs, plus the extra Q&A hour if you can still make it.

What does $27 include?

All five live days (two hours each), the daily worksheets, your session page and calendar links, and the cohort channel for the challenge plus 30 days. Optional: all five challenges for $67, or VIP for $97.

Do I need Agency Script OS to participate?

No. Every worksheet is useful in a raw chat window. The pack version of the same job is shown so you can compare. That contrast is honest because both halves are real.

What happens after Friday?

Day 5 maps the week into a system you keep. Founders Circle is $2,997 once for lifetime Pro, every training program, and every future challenge; your challenge ticket is credited toward that fee in full. Pro is shown at $297/mo and includes the Vault once that seat exists. That checkout stays closed until Stripe matches it. Workshops are $999 each unless Founders already includes them. Access is not a credential. Nothing on this page is an income promise.

Who is this for?

Agency founders and freelance AI implementers already doing client work, who can be live at 1:00 PM Eastern for two hours and will actually ship the artifact. It is not a course to watch later, and it is not a credential.

If you have not done paid client work yet, this is the wrong week. Every worksheet assumes a real client on the desk. Take the week built for where you are instead.
