What changed in Agency Script

All notable changes to Agency Script are documented in this file. It is written for members: what changed for you, not commit noise. Entries are grouped by week, newest first, and each heading carries the date of the last change that shipped in that week.

The Agency Script OS plugin (the licensed thin client, npx agency-script-os) carries its own version number, noted under each week. The current plugin version is 2.129.0.

The format follows Keep a Changelog. Changes before 2026-08-01 are not itemized here; the git history is the record for that period.

Week of August 31. Plugin: 2.127.0 to 2.129.0.

• Supervised computer use for AI Robots: an agent can run a desktop action on a machine with a display, behind human approval.
• Learner success cockpit for course owners, and a course-builder authoring surface for creating and editing courses in the dashboard.
• Field-event campaign planning skill, plus a pentest routing skill promoted into the pack.
• Capture-era and explainer-card visual modes for image and diagram work.
• Validated diagram intermediate representation, with a validator that rejects malformed diagrams before they render.
• Eight design skill libraries absorbed into canon, skills, and engines.

• Installer: one command connects every supported client and prints an honest status table of what connected and what did not.
• The buyer's install path now works end to end, from license key to a working plugin.
• Fleet provisioning tokens are validated, and the licensed runtime enforces its identity; local issuer detection was removed.
• Live decks separate canvas scale from slide motion and size their layout box correctly.
• Wave 1 of the sitewide visual audit shipped across the marketing pages; the default funnel accent was restored.

Fixed

• Blog pages no longer exhaust the database connection pool.
• Stale builds are cache-busted so a refresh always picks up the current release.
• An owner-only skill no longer leaks into the portable exports.

• Founders Circle is priced at $997 on every live surface, and the thank-you page no longer promises a 48-hour review.
• Buyer emails render as complete, dark-mode-safe documents.
• Pack skill descriptions stay under the 1,024-character limit some clients enforce.
• The 128 generated pack pages stay out of the sitemap; squeeze page titles no longer name the site twice.
• A stale advertised price and a broken focus ring were corrected.
• CRM overlay rows are narrowed at the load boundary.

• Studio was removed. Capture is kept; the render path is gone.
• Marketing routes return real 404s for unknown paths.
• Bulk-extraction guard and binding IP protection doctrine on the licensed content.

Fixed

• The plugin's own MCP transport authenticates, install is automated, and a 63k-token always-on context regression is gone.
• Skill discovery is usable from real MCP clients.

Week of August 10. No plugin release this week.

• Booking: calendar services, a public book page, dashboard booking UI, and reminder jobs.

Week of August 3. Plugin: 2.100.0.

Added

• Static ad render skill.
• Design refactor skill and canon.
• XP is awarded on lesson and course completion.
• CRM: dense pipeline cards with message and log-meeting actions, a dense tasks queue with filters, speed-to-lead prospect receipts with meeting time and inbox and task links, native booking slots on the schedule page, suspected-bot flagging that never rejects a lead, abandonment capture, and a backfill command.
• Hive flight from the interactive pipeline, lead capture, the inbox, and Mission Control leads; Hermes recipient prefilled from the deal's primary contact.
• Challenge: a purchase creates a seat, one-time cohort enrollment with deadline-based rolling.
• Release id surfaced in page meta and health headers; /api/version publishes build, commit, and build time.

• Top-level navigation restructured to five items with one primary call to action; menu labels agree with the pages they open.
• Marketing leads with the platform and demotes certification; the plugin page has real metadata and a place in the navigation.
• Certification no longer claims a 24-month validity; Terms 4.4 no longer contradicts it.
• The white-label offer we do not make was removed.
• A real type scale, a closed radius ramp, and optical display type across the UI.
• Seed scripts run in the deploy chain so a fresh environment is never empty.

Fixed

• Script system prompts are no longer serialized to the browser.
• Deck advance is a real button; the community feed has a top-level heading.
• AI-readiness assessment leads reach the native CRM; CRM read scope matches where inbound leads are written; lead-magnet delivery failures are logged instead of swallowed.
• Hive has a kill switch and a per-user agent-turn rate limit.
• Three high-severity dependency advisories patched.
