Production + business · Included with Pro
Make the video. Then get paid for the next one.
Transcript first. Script and storyboard in Studio. Attract with a 4-part video, close in DMs on a paid consult, deliver on a six-step SOP. Pricing is a range, not a promise.
About 7 hours. Capstone: One attraction video script + one 6 step delivery packet. No income promises.

The problem
Video skills without a close become a hobby.
A pretty render is not a business. Buyers who already spend on ads will pay for done-for-you. Tire-kickers want a $200 miracle.
Free "discovery calls" fill the week. A paid consult credited to the job filters the queue.
Skipping staged approval is how a final cut gets ripped up on day 13.
The method
Attract. Produce. Close. Deliver. Price.
The attraction video is credibility, proof, method, paid CTA. Proof is your real work, not a borrowed screenshot.
Production is transcript-first inside Agency Script Studio. Publishing stays blocked until consent and credentials are present.
Delivery is six written approvals. Packages are labeled market ranges, not what you will earn.
01
Pick the buyer
Appointment SMBs and owners already paying for ads. Not pre-revenue hagglers.
02
Film the attraction piece
Phone, face level, one keyword CTA. Distribute the same cut everywhere.
03
Close on a paid consult
Qualify, then a paid session credited to the video. No free calls.
04
Deliver the SOP
Idea, script, cheap character, produce, 90% cut, final. Seven to fourteen days.
Curriculum
Teach. Demonstrate. Apply.

For
- Someone who can already produce a short, or will learn production in Module 2
- An operator selling to businesses that already buy ads or book appointments
- Anyone willing to require a paid consult before they start a job
Not for
- Creators hunting a "faceless $10k/month" story. That claim is banned here.
- Anyone who will skip consent on a real face or skip disclosure on synthetic media
- Anyone who wants us to invent their proof. Use your work, or say you are new.
Questions
- Is this the Faceless YouTube program?
- No. Faceless YouTube is a channel asset. This program is a client video service plus the attraction engine that fills it.
- What prices should I charge?
- The sheet uses market ranges from the OS playbook ($497 break-even class, $1,500 standard class, $2,500–$5,000 premium class, $200 consult). Those are ranges, not your results.
- Do I need a camera crew?
- No. The attraction video is a phone. Client work runs through Studio and the video skills. Tooling is yours.
