Founders Circle Terms
Terms specific to the Founders Circle purchase, including the 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
The Founders Circle is a one-time purchase that grants lifetime Member-level platform access, with optional add-ons (certification bundle, Vault) selected at checkout. These terms supplement our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
1. You may request a full refund of your Founders Circle purchase within 7 days of the purchase date.
2. The refund is available provided no premium assets have been used on your account. “Premium assets used” means any of exactly three events: accessing or downloading a Vault asset, spending AI credits, or starting a certification attempt.
3. Browsing training courses, lessons, and the community does not affect your guarantee, explore freely.
4. Certification attempts are non-refundable once started, at any time, human review capacity is committed when an attempt begins.
5. To request a refund, contact support from your account email within the window.
Payment is captured at purchase. By checking the consent box at checkout you agree to these terms and consent to immediate digital access, your access begins right away, and statutory withdrawal rights end for content already delivered.
Founders pricing and add-on discounts are available only while the Founders Circle is open; the lifetime entitlement attached to your account does not expire. Certifications remain earned credentials, a Founders purchase never confers a credential by itself.
